Returns & WARRANTY

We usually try to have long warranty durations which run as close to manufacturer warranty. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only and doesn’t cover physical, water damage etc. Even on products without a manufacturer warranty please contact us and we can assess your case.

We carefully pick our suplliers of refurbished goods, the products will have passed checklists on the most common failures. We do however have no ability to ensure no failurs occur post purchase. For refurbs we will offer free labour and the client will purchase replacement parts.

Email us at support@apexbyte.co.zw with product serial number anda copy of your receipt.

We accept returns only for the following reasons:

Manufacturer’s Defects: If your product arrives with a defect in materials or workmanship, you may return it for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, you may return it for a replacement or the correct item.

In the case of incorrect shipping.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We currently don’t offer free shipping on returns or warranty claim items.
